About the project

Katy Rheumatology & Associates provides patient care of individuals with Rheumatologic diseases, and diseases of the muscles and the bones. Dr. Chimata wanted a fresh look for their online presence with a links to patient forms and a patient portal. This site was created with a clean and intuitive interface.
